ACTION JACKSON

After taking the audiences by storm with his
daredevil action stunts in Singham Returns, Ajay
Devgn is set to return in a new action avatar in
his forthcoming film, Action Jackson. The film tells
the story of a fun-loving crook who is pursued
by a young girl, who is under the notion that
the former will bring her good luck. However
a comedy of errors follows with another Devgn
look-alike also making his presence on the scene.
The consequences that follow are hilarious and
thoroughly entertaining.
Devgn will be seen playing a double role in the
film with two distinct characters-one of a city bred
rowdy guy and the other of a simple villager.
Among the highlights of the film are the extensive
martial arts sequences, besides a complex
sword-fighting sequence for which Devgn is said
to have undergone massive training. The intense
actor will also be seen putting on his dancing
shoes for a sensational dance number, in which
choreographer-director Prabhu Deva has paid
homage to the King of rock and roll, Elvis Presley.
Produced by Gordhan Tanwani and Sunil Lulla of
Baba Films and directed by Prabhu Deva, the film
stars Ajay Devgan, Sonakshi Sinha, Yami Gautam
and Manasvi Mamgai and is scheduled for a 5
th
December release.

and Siddharth Roy Kapoor and directed by
Rajkumar Hirani, PK is a story of an alien who comes
to earth to meet a prostitute with a heart-of-gold
and changes the opinion of people in the way they
perceive God. Reportedly, the film also hits out at
corruption and the existing political system. The alien
in the film is played by Aamir Khan and the prostitute
by Anushka Sharma.
While the Rajkumar Hirani-Aamir Khan combination
is being eagerly anticipated, the fresh pairing of
Aamir and Anushka Sharma will be something to
watch out for. Apparently, the lip-lock between
Aamir and Anushka in the film will be one of the
longest ever in Indian cinema. The film also stars
Sanjay Dutt, Anushka Sharma, Sushant Singh Rajput,
Boman Irani and Saurabh Shukla. The film is all set
to hit theatres on December 19, which happens to be
Aamir Khan’s favourite week.
